Abstract
The study was conducted to identify and analyze regional marketing strategy in an effort to increase localinvestment. Marketing area is basically a building regional competitive advantage is an effort to increase productivityso that it will raise the quality and standard of living in the long term. This study uses primary and secondary data tosee the perception of stakeholders (employers, investors, governments, and communities) which are then used toanalyze the appropriate policies and strategic to market the region so that the investment increases.
